It is the result of the joint visions of Chef Stephanie Audet & Sommelier Marc Singh Davidson to re-create their ideal dining experience.

Import & Distribution
.La cave is our wine import and distribution company that supplies Senhor Uva, Pinot bar, restaurants all around Portugal & individual clients with lively and pure wines that we personally select and represent.
Our main office is situated at our wine bar\shop and is open for visits and drop ins during hours of operation.
Our webshop is in the making to be able to send wines all around the country and abroad.

Pinot bar & shop
Just around the corner you can find our new baby facing the majestic Jardim da Estrela.
PINOT bar de vinhos is a hybrid space that is a wine bar where you can eat tasty snacks and enjoy a great glass of wine in a chill and relaxed environment while also being able to browse through our wine shop with an extensive selection of wines that are imported by us and a variety of local and international references carefully selected by our team.
We will also be hosting wine events and tastings along with our picnic program to enjoy our food & wines in the park.
PINOT is open from 15h to 22h & closed Tuesday & Wednesday.
Veggies
Building close relations with farmers that supply us directly at the restaurant offers the possibility to work as fresh, locally sourced, and seasonal as possible. Regenerative agriculture and permaculture keeps the availability varied and pushes the kitchen team to keep up with mother nature and create new dishes as the seasons evolve. Keeping waste to a minimum and contributing to the local economy while eating and drinking with a conscience defines our approach to a new type of hospitality.
Kitchen
Our kitchen team is constantly developing a dynamic menu and cooking complex and flavorful dishes in a minimal open kitchen. The challenge to perform every night and cater to a full house is the result of meticulously planned and executed preparation and service. The brigade has embraced this challenge with ease and is performing with a positive, collaborative, and balanced approach.
Wines
We thrive to build a diverse and extensive wine list composed of precisely chosen references that are in constant evolution. The team is shaping a developed and knowledgeable wine program with the intention to share our passion and showcase the work of the winemakers. The wines on our list have been chosen due to the unwavering commitment to the environment from the producers in the vines and the purest expression of terroir with hands-off vinifications.
Service
Welcoming, fun, and easy-going energy is the goal during each service. Our experienced brigade of sommeliers focuses on the needs of each guest while adapting our service in accordance. If we keep a light touch, there is certainly no lack of precision and detail-oriented hospitality at the table. The team is always ready to guide our patrons through the wine list and menu to achieve the best experience possible.
